​1. Booking & payment

 

To join any of our classes, you can reserve your place by making a payment in advance. Your place is confirmed once the payment has been made.

2. Cancellation

​

If you need to cancel your booking, you can let us know at least 24 hours before the class.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class can be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class cannot be refunded. In special circumstances, we will offer you the option to join one of our upcoming classes instead. ​

If a class needs to be cancelled by Happy Souls Yoga, you will of course receive a full refund or the option to join another class.

3. Photos & social media

​

During our classes we may take a few photos or short videos to share the atmosphere and experience of Happy Souls Yoga on social media.

 

We always aim to take natural and respectful photos and to be mindful of children and families.

​

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, or would prefer not to be fully identifiable, you can let us know when booking or anytime before the class. We will make sure that at any time you and your little one(s) are not included in content shared on social media.

4. Agreement

​

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and cancellation conditions.

​

For photos and social media, you can of course let us know your preference at any time.
