​1. Booking & payment

 

To join any of our classes, you can reserve your place by making a payment in advance. Your place is confirmed once the payment has been received.

2. Cancellation

​

If you need to cancel your booking, please let me know at least 24 hours before the class.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class can be refunded. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class cannot be refunded. 

​

In special cases, such as sickness, we can always find a solution.

​

If a class needs to be cancelled by Happy Souls Yoga, you will of course receive a full refund or the option to join another class.

3. Photos & social media

​

During our classes I may take a few photos or short videos to share the atmosphere and experience of Happy Souls Yoga on social media.

 

I always aim to take natural and respectful photos and to be mindful of children and families.

​

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, or would prefer not to be fully identifiable, please let me know when booking or before the class. I will make sure that you and your child are not included in content shared publicly.

4. Agreement

​

By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and cancellation conditions.

​

For photos and social media, you can of course let me know your preference at any time before class.
